Founder Gist Solutions
Before founding Gist Solutions Troy was Systems Administrator for GTS Pacific a company
specialising in video and audio streaming for the web. Prior to this appointment Troy was the Senior Content Manager for International Strategies where he was responsible for the planning, development and management of content for more than 650 local city guides and business directories. Troy has also spent time as a Project Manager for Interactive Home shopping Australia Pty. Ltd.
Over a 5 year period Troy has been involved in a number of development projects acting as a consultant to a number of computer software companies and developing commercial level solutions for a number of large and
prestigious clients.
Troy is also the founder of Ozgolf, Australia's Premier Golf Website. The commercial expertise Troy has developed has provided a good mix of business development, marketing and technical skills.
Troy has undertaken tertiary studies in Commerce and International Business.
Tom Cameron
Bachelor of Engineering Hon.
Tom Cameron has now worked heavily in the Internet industry for 7 years. He has gained an extensive knowledge of the technology and business principals behind all Internet activity. He has worked in Australia, Asia, US and UK on Internet projects and has managed projects ranging from small web sites to multi-million dollar installations.
With a very strong technical background and hands-on experience. Tom is most interested in business development, project management and marketing. Having founded several companies and successfully sourced venture capital, Tom is very familiar with the development of start-up companies. Tom presently consults to various start-up and established companies on implementation and development of technology and products.
John Christian
Bachelor of Computer Science
Before founding Response Strategies, Mr Christian was Vice President for Strategic Alliances for an Australian Public e-commerce company with a heavy presence in Germany, United Kingdom, France and the United States. Mr Christian was instrumental in leading their expansion into the U.S. marketplace by developing and implementing creative key strategies for successful market entry, generating high level business partners and investor relations.
Before this, Mr Christian completed an acquisition of an Internet marketing and software development company he founded on Queensland's Gold Coast. As the Director of Software Engineering, John was responsible for managing the software development life-cycle to achieve the marketing objectives of his clients through web based mediums.
Mr Christian has a Computing Science degree majoring in Software Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia where has lectured in Entrepreneurialism and inspired the introduction of a new subject, 'Entrepreneurial Management', in the Information Technology.
Alejandro Dubrovski
Bachelor of Science
Alejandro has been a web developer for over four years. He started working for Speedwell Media, an Internet solutions company, as a web backend developer and network administrator in June 1998, after finishing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland he gained employment with International Strategies Inc in the development of ezystore.com and ezyfind.com, an e-commerce development and hosting site, and a business finder site respectively, both very large projects. In June of 2000, he started working for AsiaOnLine's web development division as a contractor until November of that year. Alejandro has since worked on a number of large projects with GIST Solutions.
